Welcome to Fierce Grace Muswell Hill where we are passionate about hot yoga. We are excited to offer you the opportunity to achieve strength and flexibility for both your mind and body.
Fierce Grace offers a unique yoga system for everyone, based on classical Hatha, Bikram and Ashtanga yoga styles. Michele Pernetta’s series of classes all apply the same core principles though each have a different emphasis, duration or intensity. All Fierce Grace classes are perfect for hot yoga beginners and advanced practitioners.
Fierce Grace Muswell Hill will start by offering six of the various Fierce Grace classes – Fierce Grace, Deep Core, The Fix, Primal, Stiff, Old & Broken and IN.
Try to arrive at least 15 minutes before your hot yoga class so you can get ready and settled in the studio. Once in the yoga studio do bear in mind that this is a quiet space so please don’t chat or use your mobile phone. When the class is over, please feel free to continue relaxing and meditating.
You’ll need a yoga mat and a towel to place on your mat. You can bring your own or we have them for sale at Reception.
During class feel free to take as many breaks as you feel you need but remember the more breaks you have the less benefits you’ll get.
The heat can be challenging at first so go easy on yourself, stay in the room and remember to breathe slowly and calmly through your nose.
